ELS PICS is a blend of grapes from our new vineyards planted on a mosaic of different « terroirs ». This « cuvée », which opens our red wine range, made up of five wines in total, is a wine full of character, fruity and mouth wateringly good. A gentle ageing process gives it a touch of complexity and finesse. We like to describe it as a « simple pleasure ».
