Cava has a pale yellow color with hints of greenish and at the same time is bright and transparent. On the nose, we can find white and fresh fruit smells, accompanied by a touch of orange blossom. In the mouth we can find a good presence of carbon dioxide withfine bubbles. We also finda good balance, accompanied by notes of freshness a medium-aged brut nature cava with hints of citrus. It leaves a very clean and pleasant aftertaste.
